The automatic CNC synchronous electronic scale calibration table is composed of metal bracket, fixed table, rotary table, thrust bearing, universal roller, standard weight, cylinder, deceleration motor, intermittent control mechanism, electric/pneumatic control system, automatic calibration program and automatic calibration program built in the product. Four. Efficacy analysis
 
Taking the human body scale as an example, the calibration and calibration process of an electronic human body scale is as follows:
 
Step one: calibration
 
The electronic scale to be calibrated will be placed on the working table of the electronic scale check table for 3 seconds.
 
Press the start button for 2 seconds.

The second step: Verification
 
The electronic scale to be calibrated is placed on the working table of the electronic scale check table for 3 seconds.
 
Press the start button for 2 seconds.
 
Automatically load the weight of 40.0KG, 2 seconds.
 
After the weight data is stable, record the display value to determine whether it is over 5 seconds.
 
Automatically load the weight of 80.0KG, 2 seconds.
 
After the weight data is stable, record the display value to determine whether it is over 5 seconds.
 
Automatically load the weight of 120.0KG, 2 seconds.
 
After the weight data is stable, record the display value to determine whether it is over 5 seconds.
 
The operator completes the calibration of the electronic scale, and places the qualified / unqualified classifications for 4 seconds.
 
 
 
As can be seen from the above process, the use of a general electronic scale calibration table can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers. But there are still the following defects:
 
L weights can not be loaded synchronously, and the production efficiency is low. According to the theoretical time, it takes 30 seconds to calibrate an electronic body scale and 30 seconds to test an electronic body scale.
 
L calibration and inspection can not use the same specification equipment, resulting in unnecessary handling. According to the calibration and inspection process of the typical electronic body scale, we need a 3X50.0KG electronic scale calibration platform, a 3X40.0KG electronic scale calibration platform and a production line of process transfer products. Manual handling is needed to switch between processes.
 
L can not trace product calibration results, it is easy to cause erroneous judgement and affect product quality.
